Import Export Operation Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

- You will establish import/export strategies to support business goals and ensure international/national trade regulations compliance.

- You will maintain good relations with the  Government, Other Agencies (Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Trade, Customs, etc.), and other external stakeholders

- You will maintain the company reputation on MITA PRIORITAS, Duty-Draw Back, and upgrade it for any other Government benefit/facilities.

- You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, production, finance, supply chain, production, engineering, quality, and warehouse to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to ensure cost-effective & efficient daily operation 

- You will ensure excellent results on Customs Audit (No major findings and less financial impact)

Job Qualifications : 

• Bachelor's degree in Economy or Management; Holding Customs Brokerage Certificate (Ahli Kepabeanan)
• Minimum 7 - 9 years experience in export and export process on manufacturing (API-P)
•  2-3 times experience in customs audit
•  Excellent knowledge of export, import, shipping operation, and management
•  Strong leadership with good interpersonal and communication skills
•  team player,  who is energetic, enthusiastic, and has high initiative
