The Opportunity:
This position is a member of IT SAP COE, reporting to the IT Team Lead who is responsible for the respective functional area. The incumbent has the responsibility to support SAP security administration tasks for cross-functional processes on global level. This will be done by following global security guidelines and policies. The incumbent will work in partnership with Global & cross functional business/IT teams
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out user creation, maintenance, and user exits, and transfers, for in scope, SAP applications.
- Handle 1st line user queries. Examples are: running and reviewing of analytical reports, running monthly audit reports, and user troubleshooting
- Process tickets under agreed service level agreements, to a high level of accuracy and quality
- Provide administration support in projects and initiatives, for example license optimization
- Work on 24/7 rotational team to provide continuous support across all GDYR business units
To Join Our Team, You Will Need:
• 1 year of experience with processes in SAP Security and/or SAP user master administration
• Analytical and Problem solving experience
• Ability to work in a service orientated environment
• Team work attitude
• Ability to act decisively and swiftly, to identify problems and drive towards solutions
• Ability to learn administration processes and understand the needs for security to deliver prompt, efficient, quality service
• Self-motivated team player, demonstrates cultural awareness, ethical and moral behavior; unquestionable integrity
• Strong written and verbal communication with a very good command of spoken and written English
• Ability to work flexible working hours if required and to work in dynamic and virtual environment. Travel as required
