Job Description : Assistant Manager Sales excellence
Assist National sales head in driving key sales KPIs of Volume / Sales mix and Distribution
Cordinate with Regional Business heads and RSM's for monthly Sales plan and associated KPIs
Assist NSM in conducting periodic sales review with regional sales team to deliver objectives
Identify key sales trends region wise including Volume Productivity , Channel white spaces and product distribution gaps
Actively work with regional sales team to work on New Channel appointment funnel
Review and monitor competition activities and market intelligence trends
Act as single point of contact for consolidating regional sales requirements
Qualification -
Candidate should have sales background with min experience of 5-7 years . Besides should have good analytical skills
Should have good Excel and Powerpoint skills
