HR SSC Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates 
• Maintain Personal files in line with legal requirements
• Accurately maintain employee Master Data in HR Systems
• Support HRSSC and HRBPs on HR legal & Admin subjects 

To Join Our Team You Will Need:

• Min. 3 years of professional experience preferably within HR area 
• Experience working in a Shared Service work environment is highly desirable 
• PC Literate (MS Office and Workday user knowledge will be an asset)
• Very good Spanish, English and preferably also Italian  
• Accurate working style
• Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
• Detail-oriented 
• Good, professional communication skills
• Nice to have: Workday user experience
